Job Summary

Line Cooks at The Quarters are responsible for preparing all the items on the food menu, and ensuring this is done in a timely and consistent manner. The position schedule includes substantial evening and weekend hours and occasional holidays. Must be able to work cooperatively in high stress situations.  3+ years experience cooking in fast-paced environments and a solid grasp of culinary techniques and food science is preferred.
